Advent & Christmas 2025

I was seriously ill last year, and have been recovering all year, but fortunately although still not completely well, I am home this year so was able to do Advent and Christmas posts.   The main Advent post is on my Rose Cottage Friend's blog, but I have put the Sasha photos on here

Day 2: The twins, James & Connor, Emily and Sophia

Day 7: Sasha Toddlers Erica Michelle, Bonnie and babies Natalie, Amelia and Robin

Day 9: Summer, Emily and Everlee Rose Morgan

Merry Christmas!

Advent 2021 - Day 12

Henry brings his little brother Ollie along to open the door today.

Little Ollie has borrowed one of the 'big boys' waistcoats.

Doesn't he look cute?

Henry helps Ollie look for the door.

It was up high, so he found something for him to stand on.

Oh what do you have there Ollie?

A little bag of bits.

What will these make I wonder?

They are accessories for Dr Emmett Brown.

Ollie wonders if he can get them fitted.

They are tiny pieces, so not easy...

but he manages!

The boys are loving their 'Back to the Future' play.

Advent 2021 - Day 11

Donny has joined the lads today to open the Advent Calendar.  Rory is STILL in shorts!

Henry asks him if he has a new waistcoat, to which Donny replies yes, although he is going for the slightly casual look by not having it buttoned up.

He looks for the door for number eleven.

He finds it down at the bottom right hand corner, and manages to get down there, although it isn't easy!

He reaches inside.

and pulls out...

a space helmet for Dr Emmett Brown.

He puts the helmet on Emmett

Looks like he is geared up.

Donny places him on the scene.

Looking good!

Advent 2021 - Day 7

On this very wild and blustery day, the boys were pleased to be inside opening up this fun 'Back to the Future' Advent Calendar.

For some reason blogger kept wanting to upload the photos in the wrong order, and after about seven attempts we finally got them right!

Connor is excited that it is his turn today and wonders what will be behind the door this morning.

They all look for the number seven.

Connor and Edward spot it in the top corner.

Connor opens it up...

...reaches inside and pulls out the package.

He sits down with it.

Oh, what do you have there?

Looks like he had the cuffs, bag and books for Jennifer Parker.

With the cuffs and her bag over her shoulder, and her books in front of her she is ready.

Shall I put her on the scene?  Yes do.  The boys reply.

Connor gets down and puts Jennifer back near Marty.

This is such fun!

The boys are enjoying this very much.

Advent 2021 - Day 6

The twins, James and Connor join Edward this morning.

Goodness knows where the other lads are, or what they are up to!

Edward tells them all about the Back to the Future Advent Calendar and what fun it is.

They think it looks pretty cool

They can't wait to open it.

James leans down to open the door

Guess who has found behind the door today?

Look it is Jennifer Parker!

How exciting, I bet Marty will be pleased.

The boys set Jennifer down next to Marty.

They certainly look pleased to see each other.  Marty plays her a song.
