Advent 2022 - Day Nineteen

Connor couldn't wait to open the Calendar today, as he had spied yesterday that it was a big double door...hence there was no worries about James opening first.

He had to get down low to ope the doors

He reaches in

what does he spy?

A horse of course!

with its bridle and saddle.

He puts the tack on the horse closely watch by James and Henry to make sure he does it right.

Looking good...

It is Mad Dog's horse!

He certainly looks well equipped and ready now to cause some trouble!

 

Advent 2022 - Day Eighteen

James and Connor are going to open the doors to the next couple of days.

James is first

He reaches in and opens it up

Ta da he says!

He has a hat, lasso... 

and a gun

There he goes...all equipped.

 

Advent 2022 - Day Six

The boys all look very smart in their waistcoats, and of course James and Connor wear matching clothes.  

It is James' turn today to open the calendar.

It doesn't take him long to spot door number six.

He opens it...

...reaches in

and pulls out Marty McFly!

Just who was needed to hold the paper that Connor got yesterday.

The boys place him down on the scene.

Yes, just right...I think he will have some more accessories to come.

 

Advent 2022 - Day Five

Today the twins James and Connor have joined Henry

Henry tells the boys about the Calendar so far.

James points out the door for his brother.

Connor reaches in to open the door.

He opens it...

and pulls out the item.

He looks a bit disappointed that it is so small.

But I'm sure it is a crucial part of the scene.

They pop it down on the scene for now.

Advent 2021 - Day 7

 

On this very wild and blustery day, the boys were pleased to be inside opening up this fun 'Back to the Future' Advent Calendar.  

For some reason blogger kept wanting to upload the photos in the wrong order, and after about seven attempts we finally got them right!

Connor is excited that it is his turn today and wonders what will be behind the door this morning.

They all look for the number seven.

Connor and Edward spot it in the top corner.

Connor opens it up...

...reaches inside and pulls out the package.

He sits down with it.

Oh, what do you have there?

Looks like he had the cuffs, bag and books for Jennifer Parker.

With the cuffs and her bag over her shoulder, and her books in front of her she is ready.

Shall I put her on the scene?  Yes do.  The boys reply.

Connor gets down and puts Jennifer back near Marty.

This is such fun!

The boys are enjoying this very much.
